Our services are designed for users of all ages, but certain parts of the website are restricted based on age:
- Users under 14 years old will have certain images hidden to protect them from inappropriate content.
- Users under 18 years old will have access to non-NSFW (Not Safe For Work) content only. To access NSFW content, users must confirm that they are at least 18 years old.
By using our services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and, if applicable, that you have obtained any necessary parental or guardian consent.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features of our services, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You are responsible for any activities or actions under your account, whether or not you have authorized such activities or actions.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our services:

- For any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
- To create, share, or view explicit content unless you are a pro user and have confirmed that you are at least 18 years old
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability
- To submit false or misleading information
5. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of any images or other content you create using our services. By creating and sharing content on our platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the content in connection with our services and our business.
6. Prohibited Content
Users are prohibited from creating or sharing content that:
- Is illegal or promotes illegal activities
- Is sexually explicit, obscene, or pornographic (unless you are a pro user and have confirmed that you are at least 18 years old)
- Is harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful
- Infringes on any intellectual property rights
- Violates any person's right to privacy or publicity
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate.
7. Payment and Credits
All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Users receive 10 free credits daily. Pro users, who subscribe to our paid services, will not receive the daily free credits but can generate NSFW content and have other benefits. Pro users can request refunds for their pro credits, but daily free credits and gift credits are non-refundable.
8. Image Reporting and Deletion
Users can report any images by opening the post and clicking on the report button. We reserve the right to delete any image that we believe is not safe for our website. Pro users can delete their generated images themselves, while free users can request the deletion of their free images.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of OneirosAI or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without our prior written permission.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall OneirosAI, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use our services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services; (iv) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (v) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through our services; and/or (vi) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
